In presenting this proposal, Prof. Igawa confirms that the contract for the research and development project "advanced parallelizing compiler technology" is not dependent on the conclusion of a contract based on the conditions described in the Industrial Technology Research and Development Contract Agreement and Contract (model) submitted by the Organization.
